The company undertakes works across commercial and industrial construction, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, maintenance programmes, groundworks, and internal alterations, providing a varied and rewarding workload for the successful Estimator.
As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and will be involved from tender stage through to project completion, ensuring accurate cost control, strong commercial performance, and successful project outcomes.

- Initiating and managing estimating and commercial processes efficiently
- Procuring materials and managing off-site and specialist services
- Assisting with work package development alongside the project delivery team
- Preparing, issuing, and analysing subcontractor and supplier tender enquiries
- Monitoring project costs from pre-construction through to completion
- Supporting positive cash flow through valuations, invoicing, and collections
- Assisting with final accounts, including variations and dispute resolution
- Contributing to cost-value reconciliations (CVRs) and financial forecasting
- Reviewing tender enquiries and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Managing supply chain communications and commercial documentation
- Analysing construction costs and preparing detailed, competitive price submissions
- Monitoring bid progress and aligning estimates with project budgets and forecasts
- Proven experience in a similar Estimator position
- Demonstrable experience across construction estimating and cost control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in IT and relevant estimating software
- Full, valid UK driving licence
