Live West is seeking a Regional Building Surveyor to oversee the regional housing stock and coordinate repairs within a social housing portfolio. The role is based in the Torquay/Plymouth area, offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office and requires 37 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have proven surveyor experience, awareness of health and safety (CDM) and a UK driving licence, with a track record in customer service and property management in housing contexts.
