Resourceful Creative, agile, with a devotion for lifelong learning, we go above and beyond to improve the qMain duties of the jobAs a General Practitioner at Operose Health, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality clinical care to patients at Chelston Hall Surgery and Southover Surgery in Torquay.

You will work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the operational plan of the surgeries. Participation in clinical governance activities, audits, and adherence to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC is essential. You will provide care in person and via video consultation, telephone triage, and more. Applicants should have current registration with the GMC and be on the NHS performers list, with experience in general practice and knowledge of QOF and clinical systems like Systm One or EMISweb.

Main Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

To deliver high quality clinical care to the patients registered and attending the GP surgery and to work closely with the clinical leads and local practice team to support the delivery of the surgeries operational plan.

You will strive to maintain qualify within the practice ensuring participation in clinical governance activity and contribute to the improvement in qualify health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework and contributing to the practice achieving other qualify standards to include CQC standards.
