This is a chance to move into clinical leadership at a long-established GP Training Practice on the South Devon coast, with two dedicated leadership sessions built into a seven-session week. You will have real influence over how the practice develops, while keeping your own patient list and the continuity of care that makes general practice rewarding. The practice is based in Torquay on the English Riviera, with beaches and coastal walks on the doorstep and Dartmoor around 30 minutes away. Paignton is roughly 10 minutes by car, Newton Abbot around 20 minutes and Exeter around 40 minutes via the A380, with Plymouth around an hour away.

Your Role- 7 sessions per week: 5 clinical sessions and 2 clinical lead sessions
- Working with the Practice Manager to shape and deliver the practice development plan, including list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF, enhanced services and performance targets
- Leading on clinical governance and audit, with safeguarding lead responsibilities
- 15-minute appointments with your own patient list
- 2 hours of admin time per day plus a lunch break
- Very few home visits
