SEN Teaching Assistant✨

Torbay and surrounding areas.
Hours:
Flexible working, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Salary: £90-95
Age Range: 11-19 years
We are seeking a committed and proactive
SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive environment for learners with ASD, supporting them to reach their full academic and personal potential.
- Provide1:1 and small-group support for learners with ASD
- Assist the class teacher by deliveringadapted lesson supporttailored to individual needs and learning styles
- Encourage pupils to remainengaged, motivated, and confidentthroughout lessons
- Contribute to asafe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
- Be available for flexible, on-the-day coverwhen required
- Experience working within
SEN settings(ASD experience desirable) - Flexible and reliable work availability
- Acompassionate, positive, and proactive personality- someone who takes initiative and supports the team without prompting
- Ability toadapt to changing behaviour and remain calm under pressure
- Strongteamwork skillsand ability to follow teacher guidance
- A valid
DBS(or willingness to obtain one) - Hold a valid
UK driving licence
