This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, unqualified teachers, or experienced support staff who are passionate about education and want to develop their skills in a dynamic classroom environment.

• Supervise lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, following pre-prepared lesson plans
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task during teacher absence
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Build positive relationships with students and staff
• Collect completed work and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Confident, organised, and adaptable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students across different subjects
• Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
• A degree or strong academic background is advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
