Exeter Supply Partnership (ESP) is seeking enthusiastic and reliable P
rimary Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in our partner schools throughout Devon and Torbay.
The Role
As a Supply TA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and engagement.
- Providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Working with small groups or individual pupils
- Supporting teachers with learning activities
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Placements vary from day-to-day supply to short term assignments
, depending on your availability.
We are particularly interested in TAs who have:
- Experience supporting children in primary settings
- Strong behaviour support skills
- Confidence working with pupils with SEND, including:
- Autism
- Speech, language & communication needs
- ADHD
- Social, emotional and mental health needs
Experience with EHCPs, adaptive learning strategies or 1:1 support is a strong advantage.
