Torbay Council is looking for an Education, Health and Care Plan Coordinator to join the SEND Team. This role includes coordinating Education, Health and Care plans for children with special educational needs in collaboration with families, schools, and health professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEND-related legislation, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children and young people. This is a full-time permanent position with a salary range of £31,537 to £34,434 per year.
