Exeter Supply Partnership (ESP) is seeking enthusiastic and reliable P
rimary Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in our partner schools throughout Devon and Torbay.

About

The Role

As a Supply TA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and engagement.

  • Providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Working with small groups or individual pupils
  • Supporting teachers with learning activities
  • Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Placements vary from day-to-day supply to short term assignment s, depending on your availability.

Experience & SEND Knowledge

We are particularly interested in TAs who have:

  • Experience supporting children in primary settings
  • Strong behaviour support skills
  • Confidence working with pupils with SEND, including:
    • Autism
    • Speech, language & communication needs
    • ADHD
    • Social, emotional and mental health needs

Experience with EHCPs, adaptive learning strategies or 1:1 support is a strong advantage.

  • Experience working in primary classrooms (references required)
  • Understanding of how to support SEND pupils
