Supply Primary Teacher

We’re recruiting a supply teacher for a primary school in Devon. If you’re seeking a role that combines flexibility with fulfilment, this opportunity lets you build experience, balance work with your lifestyle, and enjoy the variety that comes with new challenges.

If you’re the kind of teacher who loves walking into a new classroom, meeting new faces, and turning ‘who’s the supply?’ into ‘when are you coming back?’, this role could be your perfect fit.

At Thrive Education, we partner with a network of supportive, welcoming schools that value supply teachers as an essential part of their team, not just a quick fix.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom, while enjoying the freedom and flexibility supply teaching brings.

In this role, you’ll:

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (or let us know your preference).
• Inspire, adapt, and create a positive learning atmosphere wherever you go.
• Bring stability, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to each class you support.
• The flexibility to choose when and where you work.
• Placements carefully matched to your skills, teaching style, and location.
• The chance to grow your experience across a variety of schools and year groups.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Primary teaching experience.
• A confident, adaptable teaching style.
• Positivity, patience, and a love for making learning fun.
