  • Monitoring progress and well-being, sharing key insights with the SENCO to ensure every student is supported effectively.
Who you are

You are a calm, professional, and emotionally literate individual who thrives in a school setting. You possess a strong desire to see every student reach their full potential, regardless of the challenges they face.

  • You hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
  • You have proven experience working with young people with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or complex needs.
  • You communicate with clarity, patience, and effective boundary-setting skills.

  • You are based in or easily accessible to Plymouth and available for a full-time, long-term commitment.
What we offer

    Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (term-time only).
  • Competitive pay rate: £92.56-95 per day.
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated SENCO and senior leadership team.
  • Opportunities for professional development and specialised SEN training to grow your career.
