Axcis Education are working closely to support a well-regarded Alternative Provision in Torbay, who require a full time SEND Teacher from after October Half Term, 2026.
This is delivering subjects - mostly at primary aged level - across the curriculum.
The hours are , and the rate of pay will be between £175-£220 a day, depending on your teaching experience and qualifications.

Paid against Main Pay Scale for Qualified for Unqualified Teachers (Daily Equivalent) - Potential:

- Experience working with students with SEND, particularly SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ADHD
- Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students
- Confidence in managing behaviour and delivering learning in a creative, flexible way
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience as a Cover Supervisor in a similar environment is highly desirable
