Engineering Team Leader

This is an opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to take a leadership-focused position, driving improvements across maintenance activities, processes and systems. You will oversee projects, support the development of maintenance strategies and help establish clear ownership, accountability and performance standards. While an engineering background is important, this is not primarily a hands-on, tools-based role.

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Must have full right to work without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience; formal management training is advantageous.
• A multi-skilled engineering background, with either a mechanical or electrical bias.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects and process improvements.

• Salary of approximately £45,000.
• Mon-fri role, day shift only
