Key Responsibilities:- Investigating housing complaints and poor housing conditions.
- Undertaking inspections under the u003

003E. - Serving statutory notices and taking appropriate enforcement action.
- Carrying out duties under housing legislation, including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, agents, and external stakeholders.
- Managing a varied caseload while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Previous experience working within a local authority Private Sector Housing team.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HHSRS
- Housing Act 2004
- HMO licensing and regulation
- Ability to manage cases independently.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
