Support Worker – Torquay – £13.14 per hour
Location: Torquay
Salary: £13.14 per hour
Typical shift pattern: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 20:30, with alternate weekends.
We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
Responsibilities- Help people gain more independence in daily life.
- Assist with personal care and teach new life skills.
- Encourage access to local communities, support socialising and activities.
- Work within a dynamic team to support a group of individuals.
- No experience required – we value passion, willingness to learn, and a genuine caring attitude.
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (terms and conditions apply).
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (terms and conditions apply).
