Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ANP/ACP)

Chelston Hall Surgery, Torquay

Salary:
Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Hours:

25 per week

• Provide comprehensive care for patients – from initial history taking, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, to evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within general practice.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support policy & procedure delivery, and provide nurse leadership as required.

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse, actively working toward non‑medical prescriber status.
• Minor injury and illness qualification.
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred, but a candidate with an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.

• Annual salary up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
• 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
• Cost covered for all NMC pin renewals.
• 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year and in‑house CPD training sessions.

• NMC registered nurse with primary care experience.
• Minor injury and illness qualification.
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or working toward non‑medical prescriber.
