Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is recruiting Senior Mental Health Practitioners to join our Urgent Care Pathway based in Torbay. You will deliver crisis assessments, safety plans and brief interventions for children and young people in distress, liaising with families, schools and partner agencies to ensure joined-up care.
You will work within a friendly multidisciplinary team, provide trauma-informed, youth-centred crisis care and participate in a rota including evenings and weekends.
