Torbay Council is recruiting an EHCP Officer to manage statutory assessments and plan Education, Health and Care Plans for children and young people with SEND across Torbay.
You will oversee a caseload, work with families, schools, health and social care, ensuring provision and timely transitions, with hybrid working and DBS checks in place.
