You’ll support clients in their own homes with tasks such as:
- Personal care and medication reminders
- Preparing meals and light household help
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- 8AM–2PM shifts –£12.71 per hour |4PM–10PM shifts –£12.88 per hour
- 45p per mile (higher than many local providers)
- Paid travel time, not just contact time
- Enhanced Pay - Time and a half on public holidays
-Double pay on Christmas Day & New Year’s Day

Many care companies only pay for contact time. At Kensa, we value your time, whether it's with a client or in the car to your next visit, so we pay for your travel time too! Helping you earn more realistically across your shift with the addition of45p paid mileage.
You’ll visit clients in and around Torquay, so a Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required*
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
