What you’ll do:
As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives. What you need:
Eligibility to work in the UK A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Personal qualities aligned with our values:
