We have an exciting opportunity for a full time 1.0wte, office-based Band 4 Business Support Team Leaderto join our friendly team working within our Torbay Business Support Team, based at our John Parkes site, Torbay Hospital .
You will be leading a team of business support colleagues to help ensure the smooth operational running of our services' physical health pathways across Torbay and South Devon.

Person Specification Qualifications- Good general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent
- Qualification in supervisory or line management or relevant experience to NVQ 4 or equivalent level
- NVQ level 4 Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Qualification in supervisory or line management or relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures
- Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in line management of administrative staff
- Experience with in a customer care, healthcare or social care setting
- Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures
