Community Healthcare Assistant: Harm Reduction & Support
Waythrough is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support the clinical team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to service users in Devon. You will participate in assessments, care planning, and clinical reviews, while upholding confidentiality and infection control.
In this role you will contribute to harm reduction, deliver health interventions including health observations, vaccinations, ECGs, and support outreach and community health initiatives.
