About the role
As a Care Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to our residents.
You will support residents with their daily needs and help them maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
- Supporting residents with personal care
- Assisting with continence needs
- Supporting residents with mobility and walking
- Helping with meals, drinks and nutritional needs
- Applying prescribed creams in line with care plans and training
- Recording accurate care notes using digital devices
- Supporting residents with meaningful activities and engagement
