ABOUT US
Here at Synergise Recruitment, we are an independent recruitment agency based in Torquay, specialising in the Industrial, Production, and Logistics sectors. We're a small, tightly-run team, GLAA licensed, ALP members, and we take real pride in doing things properly. That means doing right by our clients, doing right by our workers, and doing right by each other.
We place Temporary, Temp-to-Perm, and Fixed Fee workers in to businesses across the Southwest of England, and we've built a reputation for getting it done without the drama.

THE ROLE
We're growing, and we need experienced recruitment professionals to plug straight into the team. Whether you're a 360 consultant, a 180, a resourcer, or a client-facing account manager, if you know temp and temp-to-perm recruitment and you're genuinely good at it, we want to hear from you.
This isn't a role where you'll be learning the basics. You'll be expected to hit the ground running. The core values, the way we operate, the culture, that's ours and we'll bring you into it. Everything else? We want you to bring it.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with some out-of-hours availability required, because that's the nature of temp recruitment and you will already know that!
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience is non-negotiable. But beyond that, the kind of person who thrives here tends to look like this:
 
* Proven temp or temp-to-perm recruitment experience, you understand the pace, the pressure, and what it takes to deliver.
 
* A problem-solver, not a problem-bringer, things go wrong in recruitment. We want someone who shows up with answers, not just issues.
 
* Self-motivated and initiative-driven, you don't wait to be told what needs doing. You see it, you do it.
 
* Hardworking and authentic, no airs, no shortcuts. You do the job properly because that's who you are.
 
* A team player - we're a small team. Egos don't fit.

Remuneration is up for discussion and will reflect your experience and what you bring to the table. We're not going to waste your time with a rigid salary band, if you're the right person, we'll make it work.
