Torbay Council is seeking a Senior Revenues & Benefits Systems Officer to lead the Revenues & Benefits Systems Team, delivering essential services to residents across Torbay.
The role combines technical leadership with process improvement, system upgrades and automation, working with suppliers and ICT colleagues to ensure compliance and data quality. This is a permanent post with a focus on shaping service delivery for the Torbay community.
