The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and succession planning matters. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development are essential.
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning matters.
- Managing estate administration files from instruction through to completion.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Developing and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Private Client team.
