Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all operations for a manufacturing plant.
• Reviews production costs and efficiencies. Implements necessary changes.
• Implements quality control procedures to ensure a consistent and high quality product.
• Maintains an operational schedule to deliver on time.
• Develop capital expense ROIs and recommendations.
• Develop the annual operations budget to include all salaries and expenses.
• Directs the continuous improvement programs.
• Responsible to ensure that employee safety and concerns are addressed effectively.
• Develops and implements standard procedures to include preventive maintenance plans.
• Responsible to implement all operational employee training.
