• Provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support delivery of policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice, working towards non‑medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preferred level 7 (MSc) Practitioner; candidates with accreditation or an MSc to ACP status may also be considered.

• Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
• 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
