Torbay Hospital invites a highly motivated nurse to join EAU4, our emergency admission unit supporting the medical take. You will work as part of a clinical team to deliver safe, compassionate care to acutely unwell patients and contribute to discharge planning.
You will assess care needs, develop and evaluate care plans, participate in the multidisciplinary team, and act as a clinical advisor on nursing issues to maintain high standards.
