Laboratory Team Lead: Lean QA & SPC Excellence
Johnson Matthey, Inc. in Wayne, PA, is seeking a Laboratory Team Lead to monitor lab operations, direct the lab team, and drive LEAN initiatives on site. You will lead QC processes to meet KPIs and prepare ICP calibration standards with independent verification before routine use.
You will calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments, distinguish good data from bad data, and ensure data integrity while leveraging SAP and LIMS Labware for accurate recordkeeping.
