• Ongoing casual work with regular shifts
• Flexible hours, full-time or part-time

• Professional kitchen environment with friendly teams

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high and consistent standard
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are always maintained
• Manage portion control, stock levels, and prep within your area
• Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
• Be adaptable to different kitchen styles and service needs

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
• Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel independently to venues across Brighton (own transport or reliable public transport access)
• A valid Enhanced DBS certificate may be required for certain venues (especially schools and care settings)
• A positive attitude and reliability – we’re looking for team players
