Dining Room Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Seat guests & assign staff to tables/daily jobs
• Ensure waiting staff are complying with restaurant procedures
• Inform guests of the day's special
• Supervise the quality of service of restaurant team as a whole & of individuals
• Communicate with the kitchen staff to place orders

• Possess leadership qualities
• Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team

We offer a fun and inclusive working environment with a wage of up to £12.75 per hour after a 3 month probation period. If you refer a friend to work for us, you'll split £100!

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with set shifts of 7.45am - 10.45am and 17.45 - 20.45. No long shifts, all afternoon to do what you like and no late nights or really early mornings!

Our dining rooms operate a tad different to a typical restaurant, with the exception of arrival day, you will always have a preorder for your tables for dinner. So no more cook to order, everything is ready to go bang on 18.30 when our eager guests arrive!
