Willow Tree in Torquay, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team that serves great food from a branded menu.
You’ll train chefs, manage stock and food ordering, drive targets, and ensure health and hygiene standards while enjoying strong progression opportunities and a mix of discounts, Wagestream access, and a pension.
