Retail Store Manager

We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the #Ghanda Gang in Wetherill Park, NSW!

Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
• Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.

• With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
• Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
• With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - at Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
