We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Torquay – a beautiful seaside town on the English Riviera, known for its stunning coastline, vibrant town centre, and welcoming community. With a strong mix of local shoppers and visitors, Torquay offers an exciting retail environment and a fantastic place to build your career.

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and dedicated team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Lead and Motivate:

• Drive Performance:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and engage a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales performance.
• A genuine passion for fashion retail and customer service.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training and ongoing support are provided.
