Roles & Responsibilities :
*** Willing to learn new skills and about the brand
* Go the extra mile to assist our customers and ensure their satisfaction
* Maintain a professional attitude with self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
* Answering the phone
* Meet and greet visiting customers, directing them to the appropriate department and offering refreshments
* Assist with general product queries
* Customer waiting area kept in order inc. refreshments in plentiful supply
* Showroom support when necessary
* Showroom display vehicles appointed with relevant and up to date information---Requirements The ideal applicant will be over 21, IT literate, & hold a full driving licence, together with a passion for outstanding customer service.
