You’ll create an exceptional retail experience and play an integral role deputising for the Shop Managers, across our retail portfolio. You’ll work with a team of committed volunteers, supported by the Shop Managers and our experienced central team, to create a friendly and welcoming environment and ensure we maximise our income on our donated and new goods.

You’ll be given clear parameters to work within but also supported and encouraged to innovate and to try new things to maximise sales.
