Starting rate £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.

Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; options for 12 hours if desired.

• Serve shoppers and provide excellent customer service.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas.
• Use training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver routines that meet their needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance, contribute to service and sales, reduce waste and shrink and help deliver profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
