Part Time Sales Assistant,, Hoopers

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
• Support your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
• Be a role model for our brand with our personal presentation standards
• Maintain store visual standards

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting clients with their shopping experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Ensure store presentation is maintained to company visual merchandising standards
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Support the team with store operations, including stockroom management, inventory control, and daily housekeeping duties
• Attend product and sales training sessions to stay up to date on new products, trends, and technologies

• Have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role
• Be a customer service ambassador and enjoy working to KPI’s
