Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the Southwest. You will map territories, research target businesses and win contracts, with on-the-road responsibilities alongside site visits.
The role offers a base salary of £36,000–£38,000 with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £60–75k, plus a branded work vehicle and autonomy to shape your patch. Some evenings/weekend work may be required to meet clients.
