• Undertake comprehensive assessments and interventions for children and families, including complex Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
• Manage a caseload of typically 20-24 cases with professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate with team members, including a Team Manager, an Advanced Social Worker, and fellow Social Workers, to deliver targeted support.
• Maintain a presence in the office up to three times per week, ensuring you are available for duty weeks and crisis response situations.
• Engage in regular supervision to support your practice development and personal growth.
• Travel within Torbay and occasionally outside the county to undertake visits, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children.
