Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Maternity Support Worker (Complex Needs and Safeguarding) to provide trauma‑informed support across community and hospital settings. You will assist antenatal and postnatal care, work with safeguarding services, and help families access needed support in perinatal care.
The role requires liaising with teams, attending safeguarding meetings, and supporting complex cases with dignity and confidentiality.
