Torbay Council in Torquay is seeking a Youth Justice Prevention Worker to support at-risk children and young people aged 10+. You will deliver trauma-informed interventions and work with families to achieve positive change.
You will manage a caseload, undertake assessments, and contribute to safeguarding and risk management, collaborating with Police, Social Care, Education and Health to tailor support.
