Peripatetic Support Worker — Reintegration & Safeguarding
Seetec Communities is seeking a Support Worker (Peripatetic) to manage a caseload across custody and community settings, delivering tailored interventions and pre-release work to reduce reoffending. You will record data accurately and coordinate risk with safeguarding of adults and children, and work with peer mentors to connect participants with housing, health and other services.
