We’re looking for an Assurance Senior to lead fieldwork on audit engagements and guide staff through planning and execution. This role involves managing audits, preparing financial statements, and delivering exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS.

• Coordinate and conduct audit fieldwork; manage planning and completion of engagements.
• Supervise and train assurance staff; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Prepare accurate work papers, financial statements, and disclosures.
• Perform risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and develop audit programs.
• Serve as primary client contact for routine questions and maintain strong relationships.
• Provide training and stay current on technical and regulatory updates.
• Assist with reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–5 years of public accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB regulations.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  Quick Books and Pro Systems a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
