• Ifyou’rea Tax Manager / SR. Tax Manager withdeeptechnicaltaxexpertise,strongstrategicleadership,andapassionfordrivingclientsuccess,thisisyourrareopportunitytoclaimatrueseatatthetableandelevateyourcareer.

• Oversee the planning, preparation, and review of complex federal, state, and local tax returns for businesses, partnerships, and individuals.
• Provide strategic tax planning services to clients, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Mentor and lead tax staff and managers, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners on business development initiatives, expanding client relationships, and growing the firm's tax practice.
• Up to speed on current tax laws, trends, and compliance requirements to provide proactive advice to clients.

• BS in Accounting, or related field
• MS in Accounting or MS in Taxation - (Big plus / preferred)
• CPA (CA, active) is a mandatory requirement
• 6-20+ years of public accounting exp. focused on tax, compliance, law, with supervisory or management exp.
• Senior Tax Manager : 10+ years
• Tax Manager : 6+ years
• Expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws, with experience serving both individual and corporate clients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications.
