Senior Tax Accountant

The largest business management firm in the U.S. is seeking Tax Seniors/Supervisors for its Torrance, CA office. This role is perfect for experienced tax professionals ready to take on more responsibility, manage complex engagements, and mentor junior staff. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring compliance across multiple entity types.

About the Role

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts & estates
• Assist with tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth clients
• Supervise and train staff accountants
• Ensure timely completion of projects during busy season

• 4–7 years of tax experience in public accounting or professional services
• CPA preferred (or parts passed)
• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities

• Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
• Base salary $95,000–$120,000 (non‑exempt)
