Job Description:
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Journal Entries (JEs), Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
- Prepare documentation for external auditors.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary.
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running them.
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Quick Books experience preferred.
- Service or manufacturing industry experience a plus.
