Accounting, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

This full-time role is responsible for supporting accounting and financial operations within a Japanese-affiliated accounting firm.

• Bookkeeping & Data Entry — Record daily transactions using accounting software such as Quick Books or Xero based on bank statements, receipts, and invoices
• Bank Reconciliation — Reconcile client bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy
• Tax Return Preparation Support — Assist in gathering documents and inputting data for individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, etc.)
• Payroll Processing — Process client payroll and assist with payroll tax filings (Form 941, state DE9, etc.)
• Financial Statement Preparation — Assist in drafting balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Client Communication & Document Collection — Correspond with clients to request missing documents and follow up on outstanding items
