Summary
Accounting (approximately 50%) and administrative assistant (approximately 50%) for west region of the company.
Responsibilities Accounting Duties:- Support accounting team
- Simple entries to accounting system
- Update excel worksheets
- Filing documents
- Assist preparing documents such as request forms and approval forms including "Ringi"
- Manage agents' licenses, MLS (Multiple Listing Services) and association fee schedule, and prepare necessary documents.
- Manage company car registration, maintenance schedule, etc.
- Coordinate interview schedule for new hires with Managers and HR.
- Office maintenance coordination with hotel maintenance team and vendors.
- Manage office asset schedule (PCs).
- Coordinate IT repairs of the office with IT department.
- Business level in English and Japanese (reading, writing and speaking)
- Good at numbers
- Decent skill in Excel
- Team oriented person
- Multitask skill
- Accounting experience (not a must)
